Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
Returns and Replacement Policy
Replacement of the product will be done only if:
The product delivered is defective
The product is damaged in transit
A wrong product was delivered
Replacement requests must be raised within 3–5 days from delivery.
Used or opened products cannot be returned or replaced due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Product will be marked ‘defective” only if there is a proper unpacking video of the product by the customer.
The final decision to consider the product “defective” will solely lie with the company.
Replacement
Once the damaged/wrong product is picked up and inspected, the replacement process will initiate from our end.
Replacements are processed within 3–5 business days after successful inspection.
